European Media Art Network / European Media Artists in Residence Exchange with 
Australia Canada (EMARE AUS CDN) 2014-2015 presents

move on – new media art from Australia, Canada and Europe
 
Residencies, research, production, conferences, exhibitions in Australia, 
Canada and Europe.
 
The European Media Art Network in partnership with the Goethe Institute and 
overseas partners in Australia and Canada provide residencies 2014 - 2015 in 
Australia, Canada, England, Germany, France and the Netherlands with support of 
the European Commission's Culture 2013 Programme.

Media Artists in the fields of digital media including internet and computer 
based art, filmmakers, media based performance, sound and video artists are 
invited to apply now!
 
Australian and Canadian artists can apply for a two-months residency at one of 
the following:

European artists can apply for a two-months (in special cases up to 3-months 
residency at one of the following:

Students are not permitted, but young artists encouraged to apply. There is no 
age limit though!
EMARE AUS CDN includes grants between 2.500,- (Europe), 3.000 (Canada) and 
4.000,- (Australia) Euros, free accommodation, travel expenses, access to the 
technical facilities and media labs and a professional presentation. In 
addition participating artists will take part at the final exhibition “move on” 
October 2015 in Halle (Saale) Germany. Entries should be submitted online and 
must include a CV, (audio)-visual documentation and a preliminary plan or 
sketch of the proposed project to be developed within EMARE.

Deadline for Applications: 12th of February 2014 (after that the section of the 
website will be closed).
