I have a few suggestions. 1. I think it would help to encourage admins to do as much configuration as possible before starting up a fresh install of Roller, so for step number 7 in the install guide I would recommend a step 7.4 which details that deployers should read the full configuration guide and see if there are other properties they may want to set.
2. I think step #3 of the upgrade guide should be written to encourage users to move their uploaded resources somewhere outside of the webapp. 3. I think we need a new step before #5 in the upgrade guide which explicitly tells people that they need to do some work to migrate their old configuration and we can either point them to the config migration guide, or possibly just put that page right into the 1.2 upgrade guide.
