Roller 1.2 now in Subversion

Roller's source is now up to date in Apache Incubator's Subversion repo.

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/roller

The structure is:
   /trunk
   /branches/roller_1.2
   /branches/roller_2.0

I'm going to make the 1.2 release from the roller_1.2 branch.
I'm also going to disable commits at Java.Net CVS.
