+1 - I've seen this issue as well.  It's a pain when you take an hour
to write a post.  However, when your post refers to "this evening" and
you're writing it at 11:30 p.m., it's kinda nice that the pubtime is
the time you started.  Of course, you can change the time - so that's
not much of an issue.
