Looking at the RC3 itself (to confirm that the legal bits are there): * The main dist looks good. * The src dist untars to the current directory and not to a roller, roller-src or src directory. So it causes a mess etc. It does have a good README.txt etc. * The tools dist doesn't have a README.txt explaining what it's for, or any legal text.
