The Incubator is splitting up to do a third of its reports each month - rather than hitting the board with a huge report each three months.
I'd like us to do it next month, and I'd like to ask for a volunteer to go ahead and get it organized over the next month (prepare it on the wiki, get us all involved for drafts etc). This is the major task that a chair has to do - so it would be very cool if we all got a bit of experience in doing that. So, anyone new to all this who'd like to take on drafting next months board report? I'd like to have the first version of the draft up betwen 1 and 2 weeks before the next meeting (3rd wednesday of the month). Hen
