minor doc update

I updated the installation guide in trunk with a minor change to the 
instructions for the mail.jar and activation.jar.

No longer sure what I'm supposed to do about the wiki, nor what we are 
expected to do for older releases.

Dave, if you're using a branch to build 2.2 candidates, please pull this 
so that it shows up in the next roll of the RC.  In any case you might 
want to check that I did the generation steps properly.  I think so.
