It's always nice to refactor the code :). But we are running a roller site
(Roller 1.1) with some custom code in the custom folder as specified. And
I'm thinking of moving this to the usual src tree (it's a pain to work in
two src trees). But there will be problems with the mapping between the old
code and the new code after this refactoring.
Our requirements are very different from yours so my thought was to get the
goodies from the new code but keep the old stuff + our custom code. I know
that's not in the true open source spirit. But perhaps we can contribute
some code later on.
Just want to give another perspective.
