Sorry about that extraneous (c). We already had very similar text in
the NOTICE file, so I just moved it to the top and tweaked it. I
shoulda cut-and-pasted it, but I was working on my non-email machine
and I'm basically lazy bastard.
Is it a lot of work to go ahead and fix this?

Cool so we're just about good to go. We have Henri's +1 and Noel said
he'd +1 us when Cliff signed off. So we just need somebody to take the
release for a spin and and one more incubator PMC member to +1 it.
Any guinea pigs out there?
Tomorrow night I'll go ahead and deploy it to a test postgres/linux
server again and make sure it passes the basics, and click around.
