remove old export rss code?

anyone object to me removing the old export rss code?  i am working on 
cleaning up more of the old context loading stuff and the export rss 
class has some dependencies that don't seem worthwhile to update since i 
believe that code is no longer maintained.

i know that we still want to have an export facility available to 
people, so at some point in the future it seems like a good idea to redo 
that functionality.  but for now it's not all that much code, so it 
seems easiest to just delete it and redo it later rather than try and 
save it and refactor.
