It should be noted that your feeds don't actually have duplicate
entries, that is not the problem, what's happening is that anything that
was aggregating your feed is going to have duplicate copies of just the
entries from your feed at the time you upgraded. So anything that you
publish after the upgrade will not show up as duplicates in aggregators.
This is a known ramification of changing permalink urls and really isn't
a big deal.

Not only have they received duplicate entries, but it's also pulled in
an entry from my "General" category (Dad makes local Montana news).
Any idea how this could have happened?
