To change Handle, is this a big deal?

Hi,.. I want to change Handle for one of my Blog... I understand this is not 
possible via UI.. But I have total access to DB and App Server..
I was thinking may be it's just one place some there in DB. Is this a big deal 
to change Handle? If not where should I change?
