You have a choice of WYSIWYG Editors in your admin. There are four or five to choose from, however, you might have to tweak the code to get them to work. My developer had to submit a bug report to the project's JIRA regarding this issue.
You can find documentation in the User Guide about each editor. There's a java one, a .jsp one, a dhtml one and then the standard one you see in the template. Best regards, Anthony P.
