yes. the problem is that we didn't have a clearly defined upgrade
process before 1.3, so by far the best solution is just to deploy
each release individually until you get to 1.3.
from 1.3 onward you should be able to skip releases.
With the migration scripts included in 2.0, you should be able to go
from 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3 to 2.0 by running the migration scripts
alone -- no restarting of Roller is required. I tested that before
releasing 2.0 and actually changed some of the old scripts to make it
possible.
