There is no Roller 2.4-incubating, at least not yet.
If you see this in a version string on the net, you are seeing an unreleased
development version that someone has built from current sources. I notice
Dave is running something claiming to be "2.4-incubating" at the project
site, but the version string should really be "2.4-incubating-dev".
The latest official release is Roller 2.3-incubating. A Roller
2.3.1-incubating release (which is 2.3 + a security patch) is expected very
soon.

You cannot download roller 2.4
Roller is ongoing major revision and soon Roller 3.0 will be released. If
you are looking for the latest version you have to download the sourcecode
and build it from there. Otherwize 2.3 is the latest release.
