There is really no way to turn off blog creation in roller 2.3 or 3 r2 ?
(Can't understand the already existing thread).
I've currently roller 2.3 up and running in a pre-production environment
(actually thinking to switch to 3r2). I can't find the way to turn off
user's blog creation. Thanks for your time, most appreciated.
