what body of code are you working from? svn? a release?

The page will hang at this point. When I check my database (Oracle),
there are three locks on rolleruser, webpage, website tables. And the
locks will not go away. If you subsequently try to customize it again
and again, you end up with many db connections blocking each other. I
got to a point that I have tens of blocked sessions...
