It depends on what version of Roller you are using, but typically you would just copy the full url of the image and put it directly in the entry body. So there isn't a macro for that.
Somewhat related, is there also a way to center an image that is narrower that the column that the blog entries reside in? A good example would be: http://mocoloco.com/ but if some of the images weren't the full width of the collumn.

I'm aware I can edit the images in Photoshop but since the site I'm designing will be largely user-driven I'd like something to fall back on if I don't catch it.
