Looks like a bug in the jspwiki.properties file that we provide.
Change the jspwiki.pageProvider property to this:
jspwiki.pageProvider =net.java.dev.roller.pageplugins.jspwiki.RollerPageProvider
Hopefully, that will resolve both of the exceptions.
