you can go ahead and laugh if you want... it seems that when i backed up my code that late night i began installing room/obj progs...i forgot which set of code was the backup...so i was left with two messed up sources that each had about half the snip in them, and would still compile and start.
so im in the process of completing the patch on one of them and hopefully this whole mess will be over tonight/tomorrow. -will remember to not back up code in a nearby directory
