Well i have run Rom2.4b6 on alot of platforms, and havent had that many problems.
I have run it on: Msdos 6.22 Win95-ORS2 Win98 Win98-SE WinXp Slackware 3.4 till 7.0 Redhat 5.0 till 7.2 Mandrake 7.? till cant remember Freebsd & Netbsd proberly even more. On mandrake all i did was untar the rom24b6.tar.gz cd src <enter> cp Makefile.linux Makefile <enter> make <enter> Try that and i have don this on both kernel 2.2.x and 2.4.x so there is noproblems. Just think once in a while.
