Ok, sorry to revisit this, but no one mentioned my favorite editor for windows, UltraEdit. It does all the highlighting, identing and all that, but the best part is it supports loading and saving via ftp with a very quick and easy interface. Just hit load from ftp, pick the file then edit and hit save and it saves it back. Much easier than downloading to my computer and editting it there.
I still do most of my editting on the shell via pico, just cuz it's quick and easy, but for those long coding projects when you only have windows, UltraEdit is the way to go (IMHO of course) Jason _____________________________________________________________ wotmania: Your number one source for The Wheel of Time. http://wotmania.com
