OLC + color?

Is it possible to patch ROM to have both OLC and lopes color? I first 
patched (and it works) OLC 2.01 on stock rom, then I applied the color 
patch, hand-fixed the .rej's.. and no go. Everything seems like it should 
be working, especially the 'colour' command to turn it on/off.. its entered 
into the command table with everything else, and its function is declared 
as a COMMAND() as per OLC's changes (which links to DECLARE_DO_FUN()).. 
anyway, anyone know about this? Something I'm doing wrong?
