Those of you folks that port to Windows9x, I have a batch file I use to startup the mud. Its based off the startup script that comes with the ROM2.4b6. I wrote it entirely in msdos batch. What it can't do is save log files something I was toying with. What it can do is Reboot and shutdown the mud remotely or from your computer. The reason I made it was because from my computer when I run the MUD I hated having to X out of the window. I would like it to shutdown normally. Just me Oh well at least I can shut it down and reboot remotely. Just give me an e-mail if your interested and I'll send it directly to you. I also got Ivan's OLC 1.81 which is totally translated into english. Which wasn't too hard because most of it was translated. But I got the rest of it in english except for the code.Check Now for my problem. I installed extraexits that was available in patch form. It opted out the merc.h #define DIR_NORTHEAST ect.. also there was a typo in one of the else statements for door #'s something elst I believe. The problem I'm experiencing is from vnum 200 I type northeast dig 201. It states it was created. I type look and I see and exit to northeast. I was elated to tell you the truth and I merrily typed northeast to walk into that room. I see the vnum is 201 and I look at the exits it lists Northeast. To say the least I was crestfallen. Could someone help me with this? Thanks.. Dantin -- ROM mailing list [email protected] http://www.rom.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rom
