Scan the output of the pipe call and insert \r's after all the \n's
since output to a terminal window is treated like a file descriptor
whereas telnet uses \r in addition to \n (to better control formatting).

Subject: popen stuff

I recently added the function pipe to my mud and have had one problem
with it, when it displays things it displays each word one line under
the word before it. Any ideas how to fix that?
