The first one on the list doesn't if you have less than 5 domains,

    The second is free if you want to have your mud address as 
RheedsMud.no-ip.com, see:
http://www.no-ip.com/services/page/free/dynamicdns 

    And so on, they do charge for extra services but the basic is free,
it all depends on what you need.
