It's up, and has been up. Same IP it's been on for a couple years. Doesn't to me (of course, being 100Mbps away from it....), nor does net access from me to anywhere seem impeded, nor has it... except yesterday when UUNet collapsed. Perhaps that was interfering with your access yesterday?
