Your permissions are insecure for a shell script...   chmod 755  or
rwxr-xr-x   Basically make sure group and other dont have write
permission.

i have redhat 8.0 on my computer, i added permissions for my user to use
startup, and now i get a bad interpreter: no file or directory and i was
wondering if anyone could tell me what that means?
