Yes they are all reset to a shopkeeper in the inventory I figured
that maybe it was happening because there are over 30 resets in
that room. I just removed the mob and the equipment for now but
I would like to figure out why it was doing that.

Are you resetting equipment on the mod in the same wear_loc?
