Its no longer default if you have installed a quest snippet. I have
saw several versions of the quest code if the crash is happening
when you are in the same room as a mob with spec_questmaster and
olc crashes the mud when you check specials that goes to show that
your problem is there. Use gdb to find out exactly why the mud is
crashing and then if you can't figure out for yourself whats wrong,
send in the results from gdb along with the code that it points to.

Using the unmodified special.c from the 2.4b6 OLC package, my mud crashes
every time I access spec information through the OLC. After installing
Vassago's quest package, it also crashes whenever I access quest request
in the presence of a mob with spec_questmaster set. Anyone else had this
problem, or know of a flaw in the default special.c with a solution?
