Well, since there's no other mailing list traffic at the moment, I thought I'd grace your inboxes with a completely pointless introductory message from myself!
So, hi! I've been lurking this list for a week or so. Before I begin, I have to admit that I am indeed a newbie to MUD coding/admin etc - about 14 days ago I signed up for a mud account, knowing very little indeed, but I like to think I've progressed a lot since then, considering I only had very limited C knowledge when I started. So don't worry, you won't be getting *completely* ignorant newbie-esque emails from me ;) With the help of my boyfriend (who kindly offered to try his hand at building!), our MUD is coming along rather nicely.
