 Years ago I had released a startup version of Rom and I know from
experience that there have never been any segfaults when I patched olc
1.8 into rom.. I've never had segfaults with any olc verison though..
Olc normally will patch clean as long as you get the right version as
mentioned in the readme. The only thing that has to be done by hand is
to add the dummy object to limbo.are..

comm.c usually has the code for the olc editor within the descriptor
data section.  I would just say to to repatch.. Or double check to
make sure your os is supported.. I've noticed that with newer OS's
coming out and newer build tools, some patches no longer seem to work
correctly and Rom itself spits out even more warnings..
