AOL is as bad as Dell. They brainwash consumers into thinking it's the only choice. $23.95/month for McAfee (worst virus protection I've ever used) on dial-up... you can get a DSL line for $3 more per month around here. I've made complaints about AOL users and they juggled me between complaint centers until I didn't receive an answer. It sounds like they just support the paying customers to me. Sorry, just felt like ranting...
