Actually, it was looking for #PLAYER, tried # with no luck, though that explained the lack of eq on char (dumb me ;)) Turned out that moving the fread_temp_char line up to just after found, and removing the breaks after the not found stuff (#) did the trick though. I have noooooo clue why it was still trying to pass #PLAYER off, but it works now. Now to get it working properly (loading everything, objects, blah) from sql.. FUUUUUUUN!
