I'm about to add an account system to ROM. Mainly for ease of note reading since I have a lot of players that have many alts and this way notes to all could just go to the account rather than the players. Also a few other things like tracking of players and guilds and alts and so on.
Anyway, this is all outside of my question. I started to the account system and realized I'm basically going ot have to copy a lot of the character creation stuff and just modify it slightly so that it's for accounts rather than players. As I began doing this, nanny is just becoming bigger and bigger and there's more cases and more cases and it just seems like there should be a better, cleaner way to do this. Has anyone else tackled making nanny more readable, concise or have any suggestions on different approaches to nanny. I'm just looking for general ideas or experience no code or anything. It may be that as ugly as nanny looks to me that's the best way to do it, but just thought I'd throw it out there.
