You get them, but they won't show up.. It's odd, I know, but you need to
actually be able to practice racial skills, and in order to do that, you'll
need to modify do_practice...
Another thing you could do is look around in comm.c, find where they're
assigned to the char (somewhere in there they are), and set their known
percentage to say 50 or 75%, otherwise they'll most always fail for quite the
longest time...
