My email is hosted on the rotf.net domain and the server as a whole is getting stock quotes (among other things). It normally didn't get any spam until a few years back (but way after signing up for this list...). If the spam is related to being on this list, it would have to be someone who was infected with a virus which collects email contacts (or all email addys in general).

Anyone know if it's even possible to solicit the list of email addresses and aliases that are attached to a domain name? I've had temporary email aliases set up for no more than 2 days, and never used, period, and they still received the same spam...maybe there's a SMTP 'broadcast' address of sorts... anyone know?

I have gotten a couple from the list in the last month or so. But I get so many junk e-mails it's ridiculous. Good ole yahoo
mail...

Has anybody else recently (within the last month or so) ended
up getting spam about random and varied stock quotes/prices?

I have this addy only for this list and it doesn't go out
anywhere. Someone got a hold of my address and now (besides the list info) I get
stock spam...
