A local community based organisation working in the second largest village of Malta is currently preparing a Grundtvig 1 (Transnational Cooperation) project. The organisation called "Fondazzjoni Ulied Hal Qormi F.U.Q" is interested in creating a project to enhance the quality of life of the community and address the problem of unskilled workers in the community. The project will focus on conducting a research about the extent of the problems and difficulties in community life and to identify the sort of skills shortages. Furthermore the project will develop the necessary training programmes and organise them within the community. The aims behind such a project will be the issues of adaptability, equal treatment and social inclusion.
