How to register for the test? The test fee is $130. In order to register for the test you need a registration bulletin that you can pick from the Educational Advising Center of the Fulbright Commission in Bucharest, public hours: Monday - Tuesday between 1 pm - 6 pm, Wednesday - Friday between 1 pm - 5 p.m. or download from the www.toefl.org address. If you live outside Bucharest and you do not have Internet access, you can mail the Commission (2 Ing. Costinescu St, Bucharest 011878) a self-addressed stamped envelope (A4) with a note in which you mention the registration bulletin you need.
