StimateDomnule,   Cred ca a-ti inteles gresit rostul asociatiilor neguvernamentale din Romania!   Aceste "entitati" ale Minieterului de Interne in cea mai mare parte au rolul derularii de fonduri externe si interne catre cei desemnati de administratie centrala!   Spre exemplu....oare D-na Weber (vezi APADOR-CH) nu cumva este sotia sau fosta sotie a D-lui colonel Weber, Directorul S.A. ArdeleanaSA , societate pe actiuni de stat cu actionar unic Romtehnica si/sau Min. ap. nationale?....SAU DL. V.
