The scholarships are destined to institutions that develop their activity in subjects related to the promotion of the local development in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe (non EU member states)

Course enrolment includes access to the Information and Technical Advice Services, the Delnet databases and Networking

Training, Information and Technical Advice Services are provided through internet and via e-mail

At the end of the course, after passing the final examination, participants will receive an official diploma issued by

the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization

The Delnet Programme of the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ILO), a specialized agency of the United Nations, supports and assists the local actors in the promotion of the territorial development processes since 1998.  Delnet addresses technicians, managers and officials of public and private institutions involved in local development and decentralization processes. It offers training, information, technical advice and networking tools, through the use of most updated Information and Communication Technologies.  Delnet brings together more than 1200 institutions in 55 countries all over the world in English, Spanish and Portuguese
