EFAH is delighted to invite you to its 13th Annual Conference and General Meeting, which will take place in the exciting city of Budapest. Entitled "Inclusive Europe: Cultural democratisation and cultural democracy", the conference will explore the concepts and practice related to these notions from the perspective of artists and cultural operators. The debate will focus on the issues of access, equity, participation and voice, with particular reference to their relationship with the types of cultural difference especially salient in Central and Eastern Europe.
