Dear Colleagues, As a Bogazici University Lifelong Learning Center ( BUYEM ), we developed a project which is " Going Beyond the Frontiers in Lifelong and Vocational Education " Our center,is one of the unit of Bogazici University which deals with the way the education programmes, except the graduate and undergraduate programmes, which are put in the service of the public improvement, also coordination and validation of them. There are "Expertise Programmes" in basic and inter-discipline fields for university graduates, " Vocational Education Programmes " for high school graduates who have not been able to get license education ; "Skills Developing Programme " and short-period education programmes ( seminars, courses ) for both high school and university graduates in the extension of the studies of the centre. Our project content is overlapping the mobility-placement projects. We are looking urgently for partners from any European countries, who could possibly show interests to our project.
