ce fel de proiect? finantat de cine?
de regula nu e mai dificil de OBTINUT finantarea pentru o institutie publica, ci de DERULAT aceasta finantare, din cauza restrictiilor legislative privind platile salariale, diurnele, achizitiile etc...
