Trainer Profile

Kai Frithjof Brand-Jacobsen: Director, PATRIR,
Co-Director, TRANSCEND; has worked in Afghanistan,
India, Pakistan, Nepal, Thailand, Russia, South
Eastern Europe, North America, Colombia, Somalia,
Aceh, and the Middle East at the invitation of
governments, inter-governmental organisations, UN
agencies, and local organisations and communities. He
is a specialist, practitioner and resource person in
the fields of peacebuilding, conflict transformation,
war to peace transitions, post-war recovery,
reconciliation and healing, and community development
and political economy. Since 1996 he has provided more
than 250 training programmes in peacebuilding,
development, and constructive conflict transformation
to more than 3500 participants in 36 countries.

Fee

The cost for this intensive 2 day training is 30 lei
RON, for students 20 lei RON.

Place and Time

The training will take place at PATRIR (Bd. 1
Decembrie 1918, 26, Cluj-Napoca) on Saturday 11 March
and Sunday 12 March 2006 from 10:00 to 18:00.
