He is a specialist, practitioner and resource person in the fields of peacebuilding, conflict transformation, war to peace transitions, post-war recovery, reconciliation and healing, and community development and political economy. Since 1996 he has provided more than 250 training programmes in peacebuilding, development, and constructive conflict transformation to more than 3500 participants in 36 countries.
