European Union supports Romania to increase competitiveness and adaptability of the labour force
Description: The Delegation of the European Commission in Romania and the Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family launch today the open call for proposals entitled „Promoting Human Capital". The call for proposals, with a total budget of 9 MEuro, of which 6.75 MEuro are financed by the European Union under the Phare Programme for Economic and Social Cohesion 2004, is aimed at supporting projects for human resources development.
