Many thanks in anticipation Paul The Financial Director will be senior manager in the company reporting directly to the two CO General Managers of the company and will submit report packages to the parent company. He will be involved in the strategy planning and business planning of the company. The financial director will have over whole responsibility for all the financial aspects of the company including budget planning and control, expenses control, accounting, financial reports etc. Detailed description of responsibilities 1. Prepare and control the budget (revenues, costs, cash flow etc.) 2. Tax planning 3. Assets and inventory financial control 4. Verify compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements 5. Salary management & control 6. Financial statements, financial reports 7. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures 8. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards 9. Advise the general managers and other managers in the company and provide them with consultative support in planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations 10. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards 11. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas 12. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures 13. Represent the company externally in front of relevant government agencies, funding agencies 14. Represent the company in front of other companies and in particular the parent company 15.
