In perioada 1-4 februarie s-a desfasurat la Maastricht (Olanda) prima Finala Regionala a renumitului concurs de procese simulate in domeniul dreptului comunitar, organizat sub patronajul Curtii de Justitie a Comunitatilor Europene - European Law Moot Court Competition. Studenta Georgiana Ianus, de la Facultatea de Drept a Universitatii din Bucuresti, a castigat primul loc la categoria Avocat General, calificandu-se astfel pentru Marea Finala de la Luxemburg. Locul al doilea a fost ocupat de reprezentantul Facultatii de Drept a Universitatii Harvard.
