We're very close to finishing the Sieve backend.  All of the action 
handlers are now completed.  I just have to make a couple of minor tweaks 
-- for example, REJECT and VACATION messages are from Citadel instead of 
from the owner of the mailbox.  Then some more testing, and it's time to 
put a nice friendly frontend into WebCit.
