davew: how about in the other direction? If you create a task in WebCit, will it display in Outlook? If not, we should probably start generating new tasks using text/vtodo.
That way works but the DUE date is corrupt at display time (not in the message). This DUE date error may be down to us not creating the timezone info that Bynari creates.
